Congrats to my client Tyler!
In just 4 weeks he has gone from 21 to 29 push ups in a row and from 10 to 12 pull ups.
His arms have increased a quarter inch and he has added a few pounds of muscle without expanding his waist. This is what working hard gets you! 💪

I've challenged myself not to eat foods with preservatives in them for 2 weeks and it is not that easy!
Whole foods by nature break down and go bad after some time, preservatives are added to increase the food's shelf life and it slows down the aging process. Since foods are meant to go bad, adding preservatives can be harmful. Here is a list of preservatives you may want to avoid:
Ascorbic Acid
Ascorbyl palmitate
Benzoic Acid
Butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA)
Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT)
Calcium ascorbate
Calcium propionate
Calcium sorbate
Capryllic Acid
Dilauryl thiodipropionate
Erythorbic acid
Gum guaiac
Methylparaben
Potassium bisulfite
Potassium metabisulfite
Potassium sorbate
Propionic acid
Propyl gallatepy
Propylparaben
Sodium ascorbate
Sodium benzoate
Sodium bisulfite
Sodium metabisulfite
Sodium propionate
Sodium sorbate
Sodium sulfite
Sorbic Acid
Stannous Chloride
Sulfur dioxide
Thiodipropionic acid
Tochopherols
PS:
Preservatives are usually towards the end of the ingredient list meaning they are the least abundant on the list so a little here and there won't kill you but the more foods you eat with preservatives and the more often you eat them, the harder your body has to work to fight them off which could slowly damage your body over time.
