Try these bent over rear delt flys to increase the size and stability of your shoulders. High reps (20-40) work well for an exercise like this. Since your rear delts are a small muscle they can be worked more often. I do something for my rear delts and upper traps usually 3 days a week or every couple of days. #reardelt #posture #growth
