I've challenged myself not to eat foods with preservatives in them for 2 weeks and it is not that easy!
Whole foods by nature break down and go bad after some time, preservatives are added to increase the food's shelf life and it slows down the aging process. Since foods are meant to go bad, adding preservatives can be harmful. Here is a list of preservatives you may want to avoid:
Butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA)
Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT)
Preservatives are usually towards the end of the ingredient list meaning they are the least abundant on the list so a little here and there won't kill you but the more foods you eat with preservatives and the more often you eat them, the harder your body has to work to fight them off which could slowly damage your body over time.

So we have this piece of equipment at the gym called a slosh pipe. It's a pvc pipe filled part way with water. While carrying it overhead the water swishes around making it very hard to balance. I had my client Bruce doing overhead lunges here and it is working core, balance, legs, shoulders, arms, and is really a full body killer movement. Has anyone used something like this before? #sloshpipe #corestability
