Around this time of year a lot of us have been getting sick. So the question is:
Should I work out if I'm sick?
The short answer is no, probably not.
If your body feels physically weak that's a sign that you need to rest.
Don't try to play superman and fight through it because pushing your body when it is already not in it's optimal state may make it fight back and make matters worse.
This can also cover working out when you're sore. If a muscle group is sore give it time and let it rest. If your whole body is sore take the day off and hit it hard tomorrow.
